Summary: Re-Review Request: renaming package libp11 to

SRPM URL:

Description: This is a re-review request to rename libp11 to openssl-pkcs11.
Since libp11-0.4.7-1, the libp11-devel subpackage is not included, making
libp11 to be treated as an internal library. It is intended to be used only
through the OpenSSL engine. Renaming the package promotes the engine to be a
proper package and makes clear that it adds functionality to OpenSSL, having no
use alone.
