I've rolled a new RPM with the comments from here worked in. A couple key
changes;

I added a License to all packages based on the license I found at the top of
the relevant C files. Please someone confirm if this is wrong.

I left the original;

> %{configure} \
>   %{?with_sctp:--enable-libknet-sctp} \
>   %{!?with_sctp:--disable-libknet-sctp} \

I commented out, but didn't fully delete, the systemd-{units,sysv}. I'd like
comment from Fabio or Chrissie before fully deleting. I added a reference to
the thread though.
