With the vboxsf kernel driver which I'm working to get upstream, yes. It now works with the regular mount binary as the options are now simply passed as a string. E.g. if you call "mount -t vboxfs something /mnt -o foo=bar,bar=foo" then "foo=bar,bar=foo" is simply passed as a string to the kernel and the mainline version will parse this rather then using a custom vboxsf option-struct.
