We should not worry about it; if we recently had many changes in gstreamer
"lame" ... twolame ... a52dec; maybe the future is gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free;
it can't replace gstreamer1-libav (it only uses ffmpeg); who use
gstreamer1-libav? Videos (totem), mpv... generally video players.
