Hey! but the third-party repository isn't enable the support for fdk-aac by default in ffmpeg... https://github.com/rpmfusion/ffmpeg/blob/master/ffmpeg.spec#L91 . Then I can't see a real problem here. Other, only the bundled ffmpeg in Handbrake use it...
