Unfortunately it's not quite that simple. First, ocaml-re would need to be
built for earlier Fedora versions; it's currently only in master
(https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ocaml-re). Rich would need to do this; I
don't have ACLs on the package. (dose3 would also need to be built for the
earlier releases, once re is available).

After that... I wasn't able to compile the latest opam release on F26, so I
think I would need to build a slightly older version (beta3 or beta4). I think
there's a similar situation on Fedora 27 but I'm not sure.
