Provides/Obsoletes for the capitalized name are enough to help people upgrade. I actually would vote against this, as it's been packaged as "VirtualBox-guest-additions" for long enough and the lowercase thing isn't mandatory (cues from other packagers packaging it are expressly suggested for figuring out names). If you want to add "virtualbox-guest-additions" Provides, that's fine.
