It is Retroshare: http://retroshare.net/ https://github.com/RetroShare https://github.com/RetroShare/RetroShare There is non-official repositories for Fedora on OBS of openSUSE: https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3AAsamK%3ARetroShare&package=retroshare06 it delaying & can be interfere with system upgrade due to such delay ..... Such super-secure distro. like Fedora, should has such super-secure communication tool. It is very strong program with excellent security !!
