   cannot work. varnish-devel is not installed when the SPEC is evaluated, so
pkg-config returns an error:

Package varnishapi was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `varnishapi.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'varnishapi', required by 'virtual:world', not found
error : line 9 : Required version : Requires: varnish >=
