This package is recommended to build another Fedora package, lilypond. It's not a requirement, but the configure will print a warning if extractpdfmark is missing. extractpdfmark was created to reduce substantially the size of LilyPond manuals PDFs, as it removes duplicate embedded font subsets. The %description is probably too long. I did a copy&paste from upstream README. I can cut it down if needed.
