The authority on what constitutes a free software license is the FSF. The
authority on what constitutes an open source license is the OSI. If Red Hat
Legal is going to approve licenses without asking either of them or even
against their advice, the claim that the software in Fedora is "under a free
and open source license from inception" is false advertising.
