Not marking this as blocked on the EPEL7 boost157 review as this is a *Fedora*
review ... the EPEL part is just for information and future intent only...

Note this is the first time I've dealt with boost so would appreciate feedback
on the proper way to handle this module until such time as nowide upstream
submits, and has it included in, boost upstream.
