I assume you mean the unstripped one? But replacing Fedora packages that way is
against RPM Fusion policy, the user must opt in to every *-freeworld package
explicitly.

The advantage of doing a -freeworld (set up like freetype-freeworld or
qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld) is that it should be possible (assuming the
stripping does not break the ABI) to replace the stripped Fedora version with
the complete RPM Fusion version at runtime, without recompiling dependent
packages. (freetype-freeworld and qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld don't even include
a -devel package, you just build against the Fedora version and make sure you
don't have an rpath on %{_libdir}, ld.so does the rest.)
