As far as I can tell, the problematic clause (that the (copyright) license only
covers compliant AAC implementations, a use case restriction) appears to have
been removed. That explains why Legal now considers the license Free.

There is a "no patent license" statement in the new license, but apparently RH
Legal does not see a patent being infringed, and it is their call.
