Same as before:

 - Why do you package a git revision? Why don't you grab the source from
Pythonhosted?

https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/source/a/%{pypi_name}/%{pypi_name}-%{version}.tar.gz

 - You could use %{py2_dist/%{py3_dist macros for your Python BR. See
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Requires_and_BuildRequires_with_standardized_names
