Description: An OCI hook that always adds /dev/kvm to each container
Fedora Account System Username: stefw

In the CI/CD world we'd like to have /dev/kvm available inside of each
container started on a host. Often kubernetes starts these containers.

We have made efforts to work with Openshift on getting this added as an option
there. Until there's movement there, the OCI hook is a workable pragmatic
solution.

Cockpit's CI and Bots uses this package in production.
