I don't think it is necessary to add -devel and -unit-test-devel packages when
you package a binary, unless you think it could also been used as a library? I
don't think this is the case, and you should just stick with the main binary
package and remove these twos.

You're missing the dist tag in release:
Release:        3%{?dist}
