There is a misunderstanding / quiproquo The application CAN be launched in any case, calling it without defining BOUML_ID the user will have the message and will understand and know he has to define the environment variable. Please reread my respons #41 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=247417#c41).
