Musique is already in Fedora; there is no need to submit a package review to
have it updated, though of course you could create a patch to the existing spec
and provide it to the maintainers in a ticket filed against the musique
package.

If you would like to help maintain musique in Fedora, you can also ask one of
the existing maintainers to make you a comaintainer.  If they cannot sponsor
you then they need only file a ticket with the sponsors group at
https://pagure.io/packager-sponsors and someone will help out.

I might also mention that if musique were added to anitya
(https://release-monitoring.org/) and monitoring were turned on for the Fedora
package then a bug would automatically have been filed when 1.5 was released.

I'll reassign this ticket so your work isn't lost.
