There is some inconsistent indentation (tabs vs. spaces) in the Spec header.

Why require python{2,3}-tox, python{2,3}-pytest, python{2,3}-coverage and
python{2,3}-pytest-cov? Are those packages really needed in runtime?

Upstream source tarball is not the same as the one in SRPM.

Tests are not executed (Ran 0 tests in 0.000s).
