Checked the bug 1028722 /var/www is considered acceptable, no need to change
it.

I've checked the /etc/cron* , it is indeed false positive.

Agreed, it would be wiser to specify GPLv3+ in the license tag since
licensecheck states the 6 files to be GPLv3 or later.
