As scrypt does not exist in fedora, i understand this is ok and we can go on without using the "Provides: bundled(scrypt)" as shown in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bundled_Libraries?rd=Packaging:Bundled_Libraries - Package doesn't have a LICENSE file upstream.
