https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1443076 --- Comment #13 from jiri vanek <jvanek@xxxxxxxxxx> --- - No %config files under /usr. Note: %config(noreplace) /usr/lib/jvm/java-9-openjdk-9.0.0.163-2.fc26.x86_64/lib/security/default.policy%config(noreplace) ... /usr/lib/jvm/java-9-openjdk-9.0.0.163-2.fc26.x86_64/lib/accessibility.properties See: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Configuration_files Perhaps symlink config files from /usr/lib/jvm/java-9-openjdk-9.0.0.163-2.fc26.x86_64/conf to /etc/java-9-openjdk/java-9-openjdk-9.0.0.163-2.fc26.x86_64/ Well.. why? i dont see a reason for this change. java config files are quite specific, and always lied in java_home. Every config file we ever moved outised was casuing some not expected behavior (cacerts, etc/java). To symlink, seems like just bending over knee to make guideliens happy. If you isnists, I will do as you advice. But I really think it is unnecessary work which will help nothing. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
