Ok, that's what I've decided to go with.  I've fixed the other problems you
listed.  As far as I can see, the Boost thing is basically one header from
Boost that they've used, so I've added its license and crcutil's license to the
License tag, along with an explanation.  The MIT license is for an install
script, so it never ends up in any binary, the BSD license is for code that we
don't compile, and the GPL (v2 or later) is for code that we don't include.
