I disagree here. That would be "captain obvious comment". If a comment is
desired, better explain why are we doing that, not what are we doing (that's
clear from the command itself, it's not a super ugly complicated nested
bash-fu). Something like: "The README is obviously not supposed to be executed,
it doesn't even have a shebang". Also, maybe fix this upstream instead?
