Some suggestions:

%setup -qn FreeRDP-%{version}-beta1-android9
%patch0 -p1
%patch1 -p1
%patch2 -p1

Change it to 
%autosetup -p1 -n FreeRDP-%{version}-beta1-android9

Move LICENSE file to %license

Please fix:
