I was wrong about the project license. Since it's a backport of Python 3
(without modification), the code in shutil_which.py is covered by the Python
license (as already specified in its header comment... and the LICENSE file).
Extra bits (__init__.py, deployment script) are covered by the MIT license, as
specified also in the LICENSE file. For these last files, which are trivial, is
it really worth adding a license header? Nothing in the MIT license prescribes
it.

Anyway I will upload a new version of the package with license fixed.
