- Update to v2.5.1
- Fix review issues

The wrong shebang is in the docs subpackage, since it is a example I do not
want to patch the upstream samples.

>From setup.py:

    install_requires=[
        'tornado',
        'six',
    ],

Requires looks fine.

This a rename from livereload to python-livereload
