The address listed in the COPYING file appears correct. I'm not sure if it's a false positive somehow coming out of rpmlint. When I grep -E the COPYING file directly using the regex from rpmlint's FilesCheck.py, it does _not_ match. I filed an issue with rpmlint[1] about this, but I'm comfortable ignoring the rpmlint error here.
