Your latest SPEC files is good:

We need to know why 'Examples/lapack_like/SimpleSVD' is failing, it looks like
that it's faulted.


'%{_prefix}/%{_sysconfdir}/elemental/CMake/*' path is wrong to me; usually,
CMake files go under a private directory of '%{_libdir}/cmake' like
'%{_libdir}/cmake/elemental'.
