The reason is the upstream is called "NNTPClient"
<http://search.cpan.org/dist/NNTPClient/>. The guidelines say we should prefer
an upstream name.

Yes. I patched them. First I tried to run them against Fedora's inn server, but
there is a bug in the inn daemon preventing from it.

Updated package is available on the same URL.
