Hmm, looking deeper at the chromium.spec it appears that we actually mostly
rely on Fedora's libraries, so this isn't a good point of comparison.

I think given the upcoming deterministic toolchain we can at least hopefully
look forward toward a COPR or maybe upstream yum/dnf repo.

There remains the concern that upstream is against automatic upgrades.  I don't
have a good suggestion for dealing with this issue.
