When downloaded through web, the source package name(1.0-beta_1) in url is different with the downloaded tarball name(TPM2.0-TSS-1.0-beta_1). While if download using wget, the downloaded package name is same with url name(1.0-beta_1). I added a script to rename downloaded package name, just for the web download issue. There're also some other changes: updated ExcludeArch, use autosetup instead of setup, use "-n" to specify the uncompressed folder name during autosetup.
