Summary: Review Request: rkward - Graphical frontend for R language https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=244597 ------- Additional Comments From tibbs@xxxxxxxxxxx 2007-07-03 19:58 EST ------- Dangling relative symlinks are OK as long as the symlink destinations are contained within the dependencies. So once this package and all of its dependencies are installed, those symlinks must all point somewhere. Any package that uses the KDE help system will trigger this rpmlint complaint. Dealing with rpmlint complaints is something of an art; some packages come up clean, which is great but it doesn't necessarily mean that the pakage is OK. Some packages elicit all kinds of warnings but are quite acceptable. The trick is to understand the source of the complaints and to understand whether they point to an actual packaging problem. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact. _______________________________________________ Fedora-package-review mailing list Fedora-package-review@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-package-review
