I think [1] applies here. The packages ripe-atlas-sagan and ripe-atlas-cousteau
are independent. And it make a little sense to add something like
python-ripe-filesystem package here.

I'm not seeing this problem anymore with fresh build and current rpmlint on
Fedora 24.
