Just updated it to remove the v, and fedora-review seems happy.

One of the details fedora-review complains about is that it cannot download the
source, claiming 403 Forbidden. Works when I download it in a browser, seems to
be github weirdness.

The debian files are for packaging for private debian repositories, and these
files are ignored for the RPM packaging. The package will eventually be
submitted to Debian, but Fedora first.
