bitcoin (core) > 0.12 is released

Like to ask whether I can take over the maintainership of this package?

When you are reviewing this spec, please take a closer look on the crypto part.
Please also take a look on the daemon part as I dont feel fully comfortable
about the %pre and %post steps. As well as that their maybe should be a daemon
default config file?

Description:
