Ok, this looks good to me.  There are still two files in the tests subdirectory
that claim to be proprietary licenses, but they don't seem to get included in
the binary rpm, so I think thats ok.

ACK from me.

Avner, I presume you still need to get sponsored in the feodora system,
correct?  I can do that for you.  Just to confirm avnerbh+mellanox@xxxxxxxxx is
the email you registered for a fedora account with, correct?
