After all, staying on an old version of openstacksdk is not attractive. Commit https://review.openstack.org/#/c/253592/ in openstackdocstheme seems to avoid the issue of google analytics. I think you should patch the config file in Fedora to have it off by default. If you decide to add openstackdocstheme, I'm happy to review.
