The reason not to create /var/log/openqa owned by geekotest is given by Ludwig in #c22. I like to try and 'do things right' as far as reasonably possible and not second-guess the user/sysadmin; I don't think it's gonna be super common to remove the package, but I still want to handle it as correctly as possible.
