By setting the fedora-review flag to '+', you've removed the ticket from the visible part of the needsponsor list at: http://fedoraproject.org/PackageReviewStatus/ Due to that, it's very difficult to find this ticket. Normally, you would assign the ticket to yourself and set the fedora-review flag to '?' to show that you accept the role of the reviewer: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_Review_Process Only when done with the official review, you would set the flag to '+'. Further, until recently, you would have needed to be a member of the packagersponsors group to be able to review and approve this package. The recent change to the process is that everyone in packager group may review and approve packages from new contributors.
