- update to 1.0.5 (signed, from addons.mozilla.org)

It works with FF43+ with signature checking enabled, but at the cost of having
bundled jQuery and other stuff. Also, we can't build from source anymore, but
that is another story, because we don't have jpm packaged anyway.
