That's certainly my secondary goal -- I've got it (and all it's dependencies) built on my local machine and I'm working through the process of cleaning up the packages and submitting them -- many of the them are the same packages that we need for npm. (Also, many of them that depend on tad for tests are actually dependencies of tad itself.)
