I was able to fix the different source file size issue.  The spec file url
needed "www." in front of port389.org.

The spec file and source tar balls are now in sync, and there are no errors or
warnings from rpmlint on the rpm and srpm.  Mock build output looks correct and
succeeds.

I'm not sure what the issue is with the changelog entries.  Please elaborate if
there is still an issue.
