Okay I believe everything is correct now.  There are no more dependencies being
downloaded during the build process.  The spec file complies with the
checklist.  I have everything being built under ~/rpmbuild

I built the RPM in ~/rpmbuild/SPEC

[mareynol@ldap SPECS]$ rpmbuild -ba ./python-lib389.spec 

But rpmlint on the srpm file still complains (warns) that the source on
port389.org and SOURCES does not match.  They are the same though, so I'm
assuming this is false warning.  Even when I download the source file it is the
same size as the file in SOURCES.  So I'm not sure what's going on with the
warning, or how to fix the warning.
