Issues:

- Large documentation must go in a -doc subpackage. Large could be size
  (~1MB) or number of files.
  Note: Documentation size is 1576960 bytes in 4 files.

I think it would make sense to create a -doc subpackage, Suggested by the
python2- and python3- subpackages. Alternatively, you could use a common
doc directory for both packages (using '%global _docdir_fmt %{name}').
