Yes that is my line of thinking. When letsencrypt supports python3 I'll flip
over jws to match that.

This will get a version bump in the next day or so to match the open beta
release of letsencrypt - I'll remove the extraneous comment then.

This is now built in rawhide so will be available soon as a dependency for
others.
