Where cannot you upload file? As far as I understand, you cannot require for a CVS branch, because your email address in not in fedorabugs. Please change quickly your Bugzilla email adresse, here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email and commit you package to at least Rawhide. In my opinion, you does no longer seem to be interrested in contributing to Fedora.
