Yes, because of COPYING.txt is additionally placed into doc folder:
sharpziplib-doc.noarch: E: incorrect-fsf-address
/usr/share/doc/sharpziplib-doc/COPYING.txt
sharpziplib-doc.noarch: E: incorrect-fsf-address
/usr/share/licenses/sharpziplib-doc/COPYING.txt


[!]: Package does not own files or directories owned by other packages.
     Note: Dirs in package are owned also by:
     /usr/lib/mono/gac/ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib(mono-core)

No idea. Why does mono-core own parts of my separate package?
