Well, for rpath, try to disable system-wide rpath by removing
hardcode_libdir_flag_spec from libtool.
Even after that, ppl_gprolog should have rpath for %_libdir/ppl
because of ppl-0.9-makefiles.patch.

For concrete,
-----------------------------------------------------------
%configure
sed -i 's|^hardcode_libdir_flag_spec=.*|hardcode_libdir_flag_spec=""|g' libtool
sed -i 's|^runpath_var=LD_RUN_PATH|runpath_var=DIE_RPATH_DIE|g' libtool
-----------------------------------------------------------
I suppose this will work for this package (the section "Removing rpath" in
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines). After doing this,
ppl-0.9-makefiles.patch should be needed.
